I like PetFlyTrap. I've ordered Nepenthes and Sarracenia from them. I had issues with a few of their Neps in the past, but it was most likely due to inadequate acclimation on my part. For example, I lost a smaller one after changing my lighting conditions before the plant was well established in my care. I've gained more growing experience since and haven't had any issues with recently purchased plants.
I don't know anything about the quality of their flytraps, which seems to be the primary cause of negative comments in this thread. I can only say that, based on my experience, I wouldn't expect any of their other plants to be subpar. I certainly wouldn't feel hesitant buying from them.
