I have a plant growing almost completely vertical with strong narrow stems, and one creeping along the top of the peat with shorter wider stems and traps.

I'm just wondering what everyone prefers? I keep leaning both ways... I like the up-right plants because they look bigger, but the low-lying ones look like a cluster of death with all the traps sitting in a low circle.

Which do you all prefer? :3

I agree with Matt.
The low lying ones are impossible to repot. there traps curl under and end up eating soil are under the soil haha.

I like the low lying ones because in the morning you look down on them and it's like they're smiling up at you ("HAI MUM I HAZ HAPPY SUN TODAI"). I don't have an upright one as of yet, hopefully get one some day. I like how much easier they seem to be when it comes down to repotting. I always struggle with my two low-lying boys!

I like them both appearance wise though.

i like a good mix of upright and low, combined with a mix of red/green, all reds, and a dash of dentate for good measure.
