Did anyone else try to photograph the eclipse? I tried, but none of my filters had what it takes to combat the sun.Image

I would have gotten some good pics with my telescope, but the one day there's an eclipse we had to have clouds in the desert. Hope everyone else had better luck!

Those are pretty good for a phone!..Or was it a phone? Here are a couple I took with mine. We maxed out at about a 75% eclipse. You can see the crescent shape in the lense flare of the first one.

Wow, these are great! I admit I have been excited about the eclipse all day. I'm a bit of an astronomy nerd. I went through and found a better one, but it is smaller. Unfortunately it decided to get cloudy so a cloud mucked up the moon.

I took mine with my phone and a lense from an eclipse viewer over it.Image

Those are great too. You did that on a phone? Can't wait to see what your camera got.
