I moved to a new house and have a handful of plants I can't identify, but these two trees have topped my curiosity. Does anyone recognize them?

I think it is a loquat tree. Thanks! Not sure about the other one though. I've never seen box-shaped flowers.

Both fruits I've never tasted. Well I'm definitely not trying it while the fruit is hard now...lol.

Actually after looking at some photos, I have seen flowers like these. On my blueberry bushes! Sure enough, they're in the same family.
