I moved to a new house and have a handful of plants I can't identify, but these two trees have topped my curiosity. Does anyone recognize them?

Can't be certain but tree #1 kind of looks like a loquat tree (erioboytra japonica). Won't know until it produces flowers and yellowish/orange fruit.

I think it is a loquat tree. Thanks! Not sure about the other one though. I've never seen box-shaped flowers.

Same. That second tree is a mystery to me as well.

The last tree is a Persimmon. Try eating one when the fruit is still hard, it's an interesting experience. ;)

Actually after looking at some photos, I have seen flowers like these. On my blueberry bushes! Sure enough, they're in the same family.
