I used miracle grow peat moss and pearlite and I did some research that it harms my plant so what should I do

You need to check your Miracle Gro Peat Moss bag and see if there is any fertilizer or additives in it. If there are no additives, just pure Peat Moss, then You're OK. But if there is fertilizer or minerals or vitamins or anything like PH control additives then you have to repot your plant. The Peat Moss is fine, the additivews will kill your plant.

I used to use Miracle Gro years ago, before they started adding all that stuff into it.

Most likely it will have the added fertilizer. All you can do is repot into fertilizer-free soil.

I repotted it in dead smagnum moss with no fertilizer later I will buy peat moss and pearlite from a safer brand

This mistake killed my first 3 plants in less than 48 hours. Hope you get lucky.

I rinsed the the roots of my Venus flytrap to get rid of any fertilizer
