Yea, take advantage of one of the FEW things more nature gives us. I put some snow on my heli pot before every night because there no drop in temp. It was 72 for the entire night and day.

Depends on the density of the snow, but if you have just scooped it in lightly you will get about half a gallon of water from it

No I get half after I pack it in and it melts.

I use the opposite bucket to push as much as I can
Full bucket, half water.

Then I cover them with panty hose I bought (oh, that looked weird at the store)... and drain the water removing any pieces of what ever
