If you go through a large bail of LFSM from FTS, then use 1/2 of a 40l Spagmoss bail in the same weekend.

You know that a particular kind of media is ok to use but you post here just to reassure its good for your plants.

Haha. My room is a purple haze of LEDs too. In the beginning they really tripped my eyes out but now it's just normal. When they all kick on at 4:30 I sleep right through it. It's amazing what we can deal with for these plants.
