So I read every page of the FAQ about tissue culture and then some... I decided to try it and will post my results. I sterilized seeds in bleach 10 minutes. Rinsed in distilled water 3 minutes. I had to use a microwave to sterilize the medium. (Not the best choice I know.. )
10 minutes on low power. Medium was recipe I found on forum using gelatin, sugar, orchid nutes, distilled water. Day 1.

Disaster has struck on my first attempt. My medium was bubbling. Yikes! I think it started fermenting. Next try with a pressure cooker. However if that fails I think I have a head start on making wine.

It's better to have a pressure cooker and figure out why you get contamination: because sterilization of medium/seeds/explant or transfer process? After sterilizing medium wait for a week and If you don not get contamination then your medium sterilization is OK. If contamination is on seed/explant then seed/explant sterilization is not good enough; if it's not near explant then transfer process. This is only the basic and there are more problems.
