It's been a while, I was really busy and tired. Anyway, I kept taking photos so I could update.

The Nepenthes new pitcher from the post above has dried up in the middle, the weather was turning to really warm hitting 93F Day and 85F night. :( The plants are going through heat stress. My Schizandra has already gone south and polifera was barely surviving, so I shifted it to my office where is much cooler.

Hi all, some random photos. In this heat, some plants grew well, some perish :(

I've finally got the cycle right, Banana skin and a small banana in the bottle, leave it alone for 2 weeks, Bag it up and when the life cycle almost end, you get flies! Freeze them and ready to feed.

Drosera Adelae: After not feeding again for a month, it went back being reddish/bronze

All looks good! My intermedia EM pond never sprouted, I remember you telling me it was because I did not stratify. Whoopsies.

Looks like those Gracilis cuttings grew really fast!

Intermedia, Mine has a maximum of 5 germination. and cold stratify makes a difference of 1 more germination. i still have half a pack of seeds in the fridge.

D. Beleziana has no show despite all the seeds were sown

Gracilis cutting were successful :) I pot up the ones in water and left them at my mum's places, she has a small green outside her door step so we left it there for full noon sun, I hope they do well there.

sundewwolf, I've been having doubts. and I think its time i rename it to typical. While I'm sad about the incorrect name of this one. I'm happy it thrive over many in bad conditions. I'll give it a proper name perhaps if it survived this year.

DavidF. yes. I think it was a new hybrid seed from him for us to try too. Anyway i heard from my friend who pass me leaf cutting of beleziana. the seeds are not easily fertile. I could have heard wrongly.

Some updates from past weeks....

First, there's been a lot of termites flying around lately, so I thought why not collect the fallen ones as snacks for my plants :)
