Wow!!! There's been thunderstorms passing through south Alabama this evening. Basically moving east to west. I was hoping to collect a a couple of buckets of rainwater but for the intensity of the thunder and lightening we've gotten little rain. I'll be happy if I end up with a gallon out of two 6.5 gallon buckets. But the noise level of several of the thunder claps...I don't think I've ever heard them that loud (except for one day on the creek fishing for red-bellies when I huddled beneath some bay bushes as sat helpless and a monster approached me. This has been LOUD!!!!!

Just had to mention it...sure wish we'd get more rain out of what's left of it!
