I should have done my homework on plant requirements before I planted my bog. I have a very shaded yard without a really sunny spot. It seems that purpurea are more tolerant of lower light. I would like to offer these 3 plants for a northern variety of purpurea....thanks
I am not sure what the other 2 sarrs are but one is a sun starved minor.could be 2 minors.

I'm new with Carnivorous Plants (since February) but my love for them is steadily increasing and am trying to increase my collection. I do have a s. purpurea that I could divide and trade with you but I would have to figure out how to divide it. I have not done a division yet and don't want to harm it. :D

Awwww yeah he is in a windowsill :(
Is that why he's getting all green and not really veiny? I'm in the process of trying to work out getting an indoor setup with growing lights...hopefully soon!! I really want to expand my collection....I LOVE them all!! I want them inside because I love just looking at them...I know that must sound silly :?

Very few grow lights are both affordable and powerful enough to keep mature Sarracenia happy indoors (seedlings are fine for the first 2-3 years). I'd much rather have healthy plants outside than unhealthy plants inside reminding me that I'm growing them poorly.
