Hi,
I would like to start trading but do you need a permit to trade/sell plants online in the us if so how do I optain a permit.

You only need a permit if you are trading overseas or are mailing plants on the CITES thingy throughout the US (S. Oreophila, Rubra Jonesii, Alabamensis, etc.).
