Found this in with my seedlings.. is it a worm?

might be fungus gnat larvae

Yes. It looks like a fungus gnat larvae to me as well. You should consider using mosquito bits in water trays in order to kill the larvae. The larvae will eat young seedlings. Older/larger seedlings should be fine, however. They won't harm adult plants.

I kind of had a hunch it was that lol thanks ill go do that
