I also recently received a "Yellow" culture and the plant is actually colored banana yellow. I wouldn't call a plant as green as yours yellow.

It could very well be. There are quite a few all green clones circulating. See the post I made here:

However, if the plant wasn't labeled when you got it and you're not sure what clone it is, I wouldn't try to guess and put a name on it. There are plenty of people out that have done something like that and mistakenly labeled a clone incorrectly. Then they trade it to someone else with that name and it propagates under a misnomer.

If you're unsure of the plant's origins, I think you're best off not trying to name it but just saying "I have a nice low-growing, rosetted plant that doesn't show much, if any, red pigmentation".

thanx for the tips matt, and yes the sun is thru the glass. and yes i made sure the sun doesnt cook the plants :lol:
