no clue what it is but its grey and seems to be taking over this poor venus flytrap.

Can't really see anything in this photo.. but looks like mold.. too wet and dark maybe?

i believe you can see the grey spots on the up coming trap ill cut back on watering their currently under 104 watts soon to be 192
im still in search of an answer to best suit this case dont want this spreading.

Reotting can't get rid of mold growing on the plant,around it sure,but not on it.

Is it mould? Because my first ever vft's new traps kept on turning brown so I gave it a repot and then after about 2 weeks, the new traps stopped going brown.

Your problem may of been due to a mineral build up or poor soil or maybe even pests.
