VENUS fly trap flower black Helpp!!

Ok so I got a new Venus fly trap a couple weeks ago and the flower stall it's turning more and more black everyday please helps hould I just cut it ??

Yes, cut off the flower stalk.

What soil is it potted in?
What do you water with?
How wet do you keep it?
What lighting is it in?
