The medium is a little too loose so these plants are going down.
But they look pretty fine.
One of the plants has some red leaf.
Should I replant these in new medium or not ?

How long have they been on that media? If it's more than 8 weeks, it's time for a replate.

I've sown this VFTs on May 1st.

That's up to you and how much room you have and how much you want to dedicate to growing these particular plants.

They're large enough and will grow quickly enough now that they'd appreciate a jar to themselves.
