I am trying to get organized to do my repotting in a month or so and am looking for the ideal container for mature VFT's but having not much luck.
I am looking for a square, white plastic container with atleast a 4 inch top and atleast 6 inches deep. I prefer a square container because I have way too many plants and can more efficiently pack them into drip trays.

Anyone know of a place these can be found?

If you're trying to be cost efficient and need a lot I recommend Novosel Enterprises. I didn't see white ones, but they have tall square black pots.

Yeah I have found a few white pots just not deep enough, I really want a 5.5 to 6 in deep pot, 3-4.5 inches wide at the top. I am surprised it's so hard to find.

Looks like this is the closest I am going to find.

Amazon has the Active Aqua brand which look like nice pots. The smallest size is 5" square x 7" tall. The only problem is they come in 100-packs so it's a quite expensive if you only need a couple. https://www.amazon.com/Active-Aqua-Squa ... 005DPDHXE/

I found these looking for pots suitable for mature tuberous sundews. I might pick some up in the future when I have enough plants to warrant such a large purchase.

Thanks Holly, I have seen those but looking at a ruler a 5 inch pot seems huge! Do plant just 1 mature plant in those or are you planting multiple? The height is great I am just worried about the width as I have a good amount of plants and my storage space is very limited during dormancy because I use a coldframe.

I started using these last year and I really like them. I didn't realize how much volume they have until I started filling them with LFS. I bought the 100 pack but there were online hydroponics stores (and maybe amazon/ebay) that would sell them in smaller quantities, they just cost more per pot that way. You can get the 100 pack at growershouse.com on sale for $76 this week.

Those are excellent pots but I wish they had just 1 size smaller! I am looking to just keep 1 plant per pot at this point and I think 1 plant would be swimming in a 5x7 and just isn't the right size for my needs right now. I decided to buy the 4inch wide by 5inch deep white pots from my earlier link, I will report back how they work out and the quality.

I think Active Aqua may actually be a widespread misattribution. Mine only say Hydrofarm on the pot itself and they are listed here on hydrofarm.com.

I guess they are a little bit of an awkward size. A size or 2 up might actually work well like in the link Hollyhock posted, but if you're using LFS, it requires a LOT to fill it which gets pricey. In the 5x5s, I have fit up to 8 small plants but one DC XL has filled up its pot. For the typical sized flytrap they only fit 2 or 3. I have yet to find anything at the right width for a single flytrap that is also deep enough for extended growth...

...It occurred to me right when I wrote that that I just received a miniature rose that came in what would be almost the perfect size for a VFT. I looked at the bottom and found the manufacturer name. It looks like they also only sell in bulk, but check these out! Other than the dark color, they look pretty awesome!
