While transporting this plant has had all of its pitchers snapped and were laying down so I had to prune them. About how long will it take for new pitchers to sprout up?

It is kind of late for new leaves to appear on flavas, but depending on what season they are one, they will either grow new leaves, or make phyllodia until next spring, when it makes more leaves

I'd say there's a possibility. Mine is still putting out new pitchers, it started after a storm broke off the new ones for the season a few weeks ago. It produced the phyllodia leaves for awhile, and is now putting up more pitchers than before.
