I know quartz is safe, but what are some other rocks that can be trusted to be safe with CPs? I'm thinking of trying a terrarium that involves live sphagnum moss and some small sundews, and I need something for the background.

I've seen folks use volcanic rocks with CPs successfully.

Any material that's inert will work just fine. Lava rocks and pumice are commonly used, though many different minerals would fit the bill.

You can try lace rock Im almost 100% certain its inert. You can get it at almost ant aquarium shop.
