Hi guys, I was just wondering, is it possible to germinate seeds using the paper towel technique? The technique consists of wetting paper towel and putting the seeds on top.
Does anyone know?

Thanks in advance

by the laws of germination,it can germinate since its wet and have some warmth(if u provide so).but the problem is that it cant penetrate its roots in the paper towel i think.

So according to this, could you germinate in water alone?

yes yes i germinated a dozen last 2months and they do great.but then u need to move it into soil as it wont grow long in water.just let it germinate and until u see a leaf coming out, drop it on ur soil.

if i got time,i take a pic of one of the seedling i germinated in water which is now in peat:perlite mix.

good luck!also keep it warm
