Thanks for the reminder. I left an sase with my neighbor on Saturday evening before having to leave again for family emergency and asked them to put it out on Monday. It looks like they forgot so I asked them to put it out for mailman to pick up later.

SASE received.
Order is fulfilled.
Return envelope going out in tomorrow's mail.
