Hello everyone!
I just got this over a week ago and had to repot because it wasn't getting any air to the roots. Does this look healthy? It is a phalaenopsis orchid Image

Hard to tell with the lighting but it looks pretty good. May be potted a bit deep, could cause the lower leaves to die off.

Looks good to me.

Just water after the bark dries out (not just the bark on top), and make sure to give it water diluted fertilizer as it's blooming (water should be around ~200 PPM after adding fertilizer) roughly ever other watering.

Looks good to me, too. Once the roots press against the clear walls of the pot you'll be able to use them to determine when it's time to water (green = watered, silver = water in a day or two).

I soak my orchids, pot, media, bark and all for 5 minutes every 5 days. 3 times in a row with orchid fertilizer and the 4th time with just water. Doing pretty good I think.
