Hi everybody. New to the forum. Fortunately I found a great local grower who sells high quality large plants reasonably. After having these for a couple months (the driest months I have ever experienced in North Florida - off topic, but not the easiest time to start with carnivores) I have had some other things start popping up in a couple of my Sarracenia pots. I do have live sphagnum so I know that, but I am interested in the little flowering stalk that is starting. Is it Utricularia? If so, could I pull some and try to let it grow in my water trays, or pot it? The second picture might show the same thing, but interested in people's feedback. Thank you.

Yes, it's a Utric, maybe bismaquata.
Yes, you can take a pinch and transplant it to another pot. I don't know if you can propagate it in the water trays themselves though.
