I had this flytrap planted in Peat moss, perlite and sand. It started out great and then this started happening so I cut it back and repotted. It seemed at first to do well but it is now doing the same thing. It almost looks like mineral burn but none of my other plants using same medium and distilled water with no issues.

If none of your other plants are exhibiting the same issues, and they're all in the same conditions, then look at that plant.
Sometimes a plant just doesn't do well no matter what. Give it good light, proper watering, and leave it alone. If it lives, great. If it dies, then it was weak, and good riddance to these genes.
