I've never seen this before. There have been a flowering stem which I pinched off. But from the same stem, a new cluster of growth emerged. Several traps are growing mid air from this cluster. I will try to add additional photos later when the light is better.

It called false vivipary, and you can cut the stem about 1/2 inch below where the traps have grown out of and plant it. The existing traps may or may not die off, but it'll likely take off as it's own plant
