Those adelaes look like they're ready for another larger pot already.
If you leave it the way it is now, you'll soon have little plants growing from those exposed roots.

Seeing a bit of dieback. I think it’s probably wear and tear from living in my garage during the hurricane, but some of the older leaves are suddenly turning black and brown nd dying. Newest leaves look very healthy.

Yep, that’s my thinking. Frankly, after sitting in a hot dry garage for three days, I’m pretty happy with their condition. Also, the new leaves have this great ruby translucence that the camera can’t capture.
