Pretty hard to tell at this point, but I would also think it's a N. x ventrata. Other common garden store Nepenthes include ventricosa, which doesn't have wings on its pitchers, though young pitchers may be different.

looks very similar to both we picked up from the hardware store not too long ago, I still have no clue whether they are ventricosa as they were labeled on the package or x ventrata. time will tell I guess!
