I just found this picture I forgot I'd taken shortly before I had to drag my plants inside to keep them from freezing. Now, I've had *two* traps that grow out overlapping each other fairly often, but I can't recall ever having *three* of them doing it all at once... much less *two* instances of it right side by side! It looks really cool, but of course, if one of them gets triggered, it causes *all* of them to snap shut and wastes even more energy. Oh well, at least it made for a pretty cool photo opp!

Your pictures are always so beautiful. Given that my plants are fewer and farther between, I usually intervene when I see a trap inside another ... and usually end up setting them off in the process. I was determined not to let that happen today with Megatraps. Lifted the top trap, it snapped back into the bottom trap. Waited 20 seconds to reset their timer, gently lifted it again, and it fell right back in again. Waited another 20+ seconds... I think i finally got it on the 3rd try but I did not set them off. lol i expended my energy so my plant would not have to.
