My P. cyclosecta is popping out a flower scape for the first time. Dormancy has been over for a while and it's growing carnivorous leaves. Is this typical for cyclosecta?

I don't know anything about pings, but I do know that is a beautiful plant. (time to add another to my ever growing want list)
