hi there,
took a few pics of two
young flytraps In my plant tank,
there sister plants,
there mom got pretty decent size traps, "gave mom away"
not sure exactly what type of vft plants?
but the original plant was a seed grown,
most of my plants are seed grown with a few exceptions,
more pics later

Hi, they look great!
Just so you know anytime a vft is grown from seed it is always a "typical" because its genes are different from the mother plant. Every named cultivar (from reputable sources) has the exact same genes (mostly, mutations can occur but are extremely rare)

Also what kind of moss is that? it looks like sheet or star moss, which can cause major headaches for repotting by tying up the roots into the media

the media I use is just old fashion Canadian peat from HOME DEPOT,
and I mix playground sand ,
I use more sand than peat for drainage purposes,
also I use plastic containers that are easy to cut open so as
not to hurt the plant by digging out .

looks like my ladys will produce some decent size traps,
hoping the colors will get a little darker ,
