nice looking plants there! no advice as to repotting though I personally thinks it looks nice as is, I love the clump!

I'd probably wait till dormancy/coming out of dormancy to divide and repot if I hypothetically had ever been there or done that before and was in the same situation haha

Well your plant looks very nice and healthy, it doesnt look like it needs to be repotted as it still looks a little small.

As long as the plant is growing well, which it is, and the soil is fresh (which is also the case), there is no need to repot.
