My nepenthes cutting has finally created its first pitchers!! Do i need to out water or maxsea inside of them?

Congrats! And nope, don't put anything in there (you can use a little bit of maxsea if you want, but it's not required. Also because it's not urea free nitrogen, there's some controversy as to how much they can actually breakdown with their enzymes. Also, if you use too much, the trap will die faster).

Congrats! And nope, don't put anything in there (you can use a little bit of max sea of if you want, but it's not required. Also because it's not urea free nitrogen, there's some controversy as to how much they can actually breakdown with their enzymes. Also, if you use too much, the trap will die faster).

You don't need to put anything into the pitcher because they secrete their own digestive enzyme. In fact, seeing fluid building up in a pitcher is a good indicator that they have enough humidity and are wet enough. Just keep it watered to its satisfaction.
