Looks pretty dead. We can't tell what's wrong if you don't tell us its loving conditions, check the rhizome to see if it's black mush or white.

It's dead. Was it indoor or outdoor?

Actually I plant indoor. It is rainy this few days in Malaysia, n I keep it outdoor but still under house roof. I forgot to keep it inside my house after I went to work...... I think it got exploded to direct sunlight for about 3 hour... the peat soil looks like dry... but it is still wet...

If the rhizome is still white it can recover. Remove the rhizome, then dump out the media into a big bowl. Add distilled water and kneed the water into the media until it is fully saturated. Now scoop the media back out of the bowl, squeeze the water out of it and put the damp media back in your pot. Put your rhizome back into the media just below the surface.

You can leave the media loosely covering the rhizome so that it can sense where the light is, but you don't want it to get direct sunlight because it can burn. Give the pot as much light as possible though. Keep your soil damp but not wet at all times and you may see new leaves popping back up anywhere from 1 week to 6 months from now. Good luck!

P.S. Make sure you are using a pot with a drainage hole.
