Keep them inside whenever it gets cold- D. Capensis don't need to go dormant.

And, yes, they (you have several plants) will absolutely survive. The centers are still green and alive. Try to cut off all the brown, dead leaves, while leaving any parts that are green, and they should look much less hopeless after.

Your sundew is just dormant from conditions that were unfavorable, such as too hot or too cold. Give them favorable conditions again and they will grow again.
