Please help me identify this sarracenia. Also, the pitcher are empty, do i need to water them?

As far as i know they dont need it but it helps to kill bugs.

No water needed I wouldn't put any in there. And as far as Iding it it's almost in possible is a noid

Yeah, don't worry about putting water in it, like Saka said, it looks like a catebaei, not 100% sure though.
