I went to the Pitcher Plant Trail today to see if the flowers were out and about yet. The S. alata are putting up the first pitchers and flower stalks all over and a few were blooming. In a few weeks the forest will be filled with the blooms. The P. pumila all had flowers in bloom. And the ever present D. capillaris was everywhere as usual.
