This is a pic from our website, but I have the same growth appearance

That fuzzy thing to the left, what is that?

Having a cephalotus that just made a pitcher, I can affirm that the fuzzy growth is definitely a pitcher.

yes, pitcher. regular leaves come out just looking like tiny leaves. nice job

Update on ceph. The first should open any day now, not much bigger, but none the less . ..MY FIRST PITTTCHUURURURURRRR

Yea I am excited man! I have 6 forming on this one, 4 on smaller, and 3 on smallest Pretty happy it took a liking for my 1st choice potting method which is straight expensive lfsm hahaha

Haha. Nice. I recently reported mine in pure NZ LFS too, but I also mixed in a good bit of perlite and sand
