Hi all,
I'm returning to the hobby after half a year abroad. Just picked up a sad looking pot of venus flytraps from the local hardware store. Nothing special - just the typical mass produced TC plants from the supplier Paradisia (the most common supplier in Australia). From memory, the clone is very vigorous and is capable of producing robust traps if grown right. Let's see how they plants look by the end of the growing season!
NB there appears to be a clone circulating internationally called 'Paradisia'. Not sure if they're the same plants.
Cute packaging! Plants are dying though
Managed to get 7 individual rhizomes. Most only had one root attached.
