I planted 20 seeds but is it normal that I only see this little growth?

Yes, seeds can take anywhere from a few weeks or months to germinate alone, and flytraps mature at 5 years. Some drosera seeds can take YEARS to germinate

Okay thanks, so currently after germinate I can expose it to direct sunlight already?

Give them as much light as you can, preferably sunlight.
