It's seems to be something wrong with the picture but the plant it self looks healthy and not burnt could it be natural aging ImageImage

Nope, that one pitcher will not grow back at all, but a new leaf with a new pitcher will grow.

That's normal aging, like in humans. Imagine tendrils as hair, when one falls off, another will grow to take it's place.

Yep and that leaf will die eventually too. Usually the pitcher dies first, you cut it off and then the leaf can stay typically for months
