Must have atleast 10 non-giveaway posts.
I know it's not a carnivorous plant, But I'm positive these things will kill any bug that eats the fruit. I'm giving away my 5 leftover Carolina Reaper seeds to anyone who wants to take on the challenge of raising the hottest pepper on earth. (That does not mean you have to eat them.)
They are viable seed, as I have three that have sprouted on my windowsill. To enter, please simply reply with your name. I will hold a raffle at the end of the week. I will message the winner the address in which to send the SASE. Just remember the reaper is not a joke, they should not be taken as such.
I will also be tossing a coin for the winning member to see if he/she will recieve a random 'bonus species' from my seed collection.
-----------INFO--ABOUT--PLANT---------------
This particular species of pepper grow rather slow. Generally not fruiting until late summer (this is why I started growing mine early inside.) As such you should try to germinate them at the very least 8 weeks before the expected last frost of winter.
You will need to either plant this pepper plant outside or in a pot big enough for it to grow its huge root system. The more room the plant has to grow, the better it will fruit.
Give this plant full sunlight. Or keep it on a grow light schedule.
Remember, this is not a pepper to play around with. It's the hottest pepper for a reason. Unless you are used to rediculously spicy peppers, do not even think about trying to eat this right off the plant. You are asking for a death wish.
I will leave a link to a care guide, assuming you read my whole post of course.
