Hi all,

A week ago I noticed a cephalotus seed sprouted. Today seed is like the first day, stopped, is it usual? Do I have to worry about?

Hi doomsday,

My question is about the slow growing, since it sprouted nothing has happened in 8-10 days.

It took almost 2 months to do, i used ppm and household bleach.

Ah, I see. I wouldn't worry about it, at all. As long as your culture is sterile, and you have some living tissue in there you're on the right track. It's just a matter of time before some kind of growth appears. Be it normal growth, or callus. You never know whats going on inside the plant tissue just by looking at it from the outside.

What kind of media is it on? any hormones?
