Hello. I purchased seeds from eBay a few months ago. They were sold as "Drosera Spatulata var. lovellae". I post a picture here, all of them germinated from the same package, same time. Notice the one in the middle looks a bit different, or at least this is what I see.

Now, here is the middle one in better quality:

What do you think about that middle one? Is that a Tokaiensis? Any suggestions appreciated.

I am not to sure, although the possibility of the middle plant being a D. tokaiensis is very improbable (but not impossible). I cannot tell 100% for sure; unfortunately I'm no Drosera geneticist, although I do sequence genomes of bacteria. Best of luck!

I'm not so sure, even the seeds I collected from that one looks bigger than spatulata seeds. I tend to believe it's a tokaiensis. The spatulata seeds are tiny black dots, and the one I collected are a little bit bigger, more like tokaiensis seeds.
