Now im just asking before I place my order iff 5L off that medium is
enough for a long time?
I ask since I dont know how mutch its needed
yet when doing TC and the shipping cost is some cash :p

Hi Xenon, 5 liter is more that enough as you can make hundreds of flasks from that. The usual mix for CPs are 1/2 and/or 1/3 strenght so you can mix the 1 liter basal salt to 3 liters of water.

I think it's very long if you keep them in the fridge.

I saw there on the Phytotech site that they also sell MG specifically formulated for VFTS.

Anyone try these?

I've seen those, but I've not tried them yet. Perhaps I should give them a shot and see how they compare to 1/2 MS.

I've used them both with enough success.

Germinated enough seeds on the pre-transplant medium, and managed to get a some strikes on leaves using the multiplication medium, I think about 2/5 leaves struck on that. None of the flower stalks did though, when they did on 1/2 MS.

pre-transplant media is exactly the same with 1/2 MS with Gamborg vitamin media. See the formula:
