Those do not look good. The albo on the right is probably still ok but the rest look pretty bad and showing signs of severe dehydration. It looks like you have them in one of those mini greenhouses. How hot is it getting in there?

I'd contact the vendor right away and try to figure out what happened. It's probably USPS's fault but you may still be able to get replacement plants.

In the meantime, don't give up on them. Even if all the leaves die, there's still a chance of new growth if the roots and stem are still healthy.

Well you cant say fairer than that to be honest.

Personally id keep hold of them, see what happens. Maybe they come back, maybe not but it's worth a try.
