I like to eat fried crickets and grasshoppers, would my CPs like them too?

I don't think CPs would like any oils used to fry them. Frying them would probably also make their normally juicy insides inedible by CPs whose enzymes penetrate the exoskeleton and extract nutrients from inside the insect. They do best with live or freshly dead bugs.
