This is my N. Gracilis that was a gift during an eBay purchase months ago. It was TC grown and after accidentally chopping off a part of it, it started sprouting out tons and tons of different plants. I don't know why it is doing this or if I can remove them and root them while they're so small. They are over crowding each other though.

Let them be for now, they won't die. They need to be bigger before you chop them off. Even better if you let them develop a bit of a root system. Maybe in 2-4 months.

Tissue culturing tends to cause plants to divide rapidly, and this can continue for a significant amount of time after deflasking. Just let it grow, and you can worry about dividing all the growth points some time down the road when the plant is much larger than that.

About how big do you think I should let it bet before trying to divide them?

Gracilis produces a lot of ground pitchers eventually, like ampullaria in a way.
Given that it vines in no time and being extremely easy to root from cutting, I don't think you want to take the trouble to divide them. Just cut off the unwanted vines when it outgrows later.
