The media look dry to me. What conditions are they coming from, and what are they living in now?

You gotta chillax, all that is happening is pitcher die off which is most likely caused by lower humidity. Keep the media constantly wet and they should be fine

They look fine to me, the pitchers always die first. I put both of my Nepenthes outside and it's hit the 90's then dropped to low 50's. The leaves that get the most sunlight will turn red then may brown but even if they die new growth will take its place. I've attached a picture of one of mine, as you can see all the older pitchers have died and there is some sun burns on the plants but if you look closer you can see new pitchers developing to take their place. Like the others said just make sure to never let the media dry out. I water mine once a day.

The plants are fine, just give them time to adjust to your conditions.

Some species and hybrids are more prone to pitcher dieback than others when conditions are changed. I have one plant that doesn't care but won't produce pitchers in low light, and sits right next to one that will produce pitchers all year but they all die back if I move the pot a couple inches.

I wouldn't until the whole pitcher is dead

If the bottom of the picther is still alive, it can still digest things. Until the tendril/vine itself is dead, don't cut it!
(One time i did, and the half digested insects spilled all over me)
